About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage the successful delivery of multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, align project outcomes with business goals, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to deliver business value and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Functions
  • Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives within the specified timeframes and budget constraints.
  • Lead and supervise a team of project managers, ensuring effective coordination and communication to drive project success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, and external vendors.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of programs, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program delivery, implementing appropriate solutions and contingency plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program activities with organizational objectives and priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor"s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of program management best practices, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions to drive program success.
