The Biomedical Dialysis Engineer must be capable of performing assigned tasks and jobs independently, including troubleshooting, installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

Ability to diagnose faults in medical equipment independently.

• Capable of reading schematics and service manuals for repair and maintenance.
• Understand local regulations and compliance related to the healthcare industry.
• Communicate effectively through reports and emails when required.
• Perform preventive maintenance on medical equipment.
• Inspect new equipment and spares upon arrival at the hospital.
• Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding equipment usage and safety.
• Travel to off-campus locations when required.
• Support R.O Technicians in corrective maintenance of R.O plants.
• Ensure proper preparation of part B solutions (Balance Electrolyte) for patient safety.
• Perform tasks and jobs assigned by the Senior Engineer.
• Understand safety aspects related to environmental conditions and electrical requirements of medical equipment.
• Maintain records of all biomedical equipment and log sheets.
