We are looking for a Junior Social Media Coordinator / Intern with experience in digital marketing, including content writing, graphic design, content management, social media management, blog posting, analytics, and reporting. You may be the right fit for this position if you have experience managing social media accounts and business website content. If you are humble, hungry, and intelligent with the desire to learn more about digital marketing techniques, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

  • Creating content that attracts the attention of the target audience.
  • Scheduling social media posts as per the plan.
  • Monitoring social media metrics and KPIs regularly.
  • Coming up with innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Working in collaboration with the Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing teams.
  • Assisting Copywriters, ensuring the content is attractive and engaging.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with other team members and other department professionals.
  • Researching new concepts and ideas, and proposing them to the team.
  • Managing social media communication on time.
  • Preparing campaign reports and presenting them to managers.

Qualifications

  • Studying in university or a bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Working experience as a Social Media Assistant, Social Media Analyst, or a similar role will be preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and metrics.
  • Know-how in web design and publishing.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks equally well.
  • Incredible research skills.
  • A creative thinker with an ability to think out of the box.
  • Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand basic design concepts.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge and experience in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop are a big plus.
  • Ability to work in the US Pacific Standard schedule.
  • Paid based on the tracked time with screenshots.
