About the role

We're building a pipeline of exceptional talent for future opportunities and inviting expressions of interest from professionals with a passion for talent acquisition. As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Reckitt, you'll shape the future of our team and drive our mission to find and foster talented individuals who can bring positive change. This is a strategic role where you will take charge, lead with vision, and connect exceptional people with meaningful work. Your guidance will ensure a seamless recruitment journey, from first contact to final offer, enhancing our passionate and diverse workforce.

Your responsibilities
  1. A proven track record of leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
  2. Skilled in sourcing and securing top candidates, including early career talent.
  3. Proficient in project management and adept at delivering tailored recruitment campaigns.
  4. Strong at building relationships, leading with a collaborative approach.
  5. Knowledgeable about employment legislation and its application.
  6. Keen insight into using recruitment metrics to drive diversity and improve hiring practices.
  7. A strategic thinker, insightful in talent assessment and acquisition, with a firm grasp of the importance of diversity and an inclusive work culture.
The experience we're looking for

We're looking for someone who understands the full recruitment cycle and has hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition. While this is a TA-focused role, we're also open to HR professionals who've managed recruitment as part of their broader HR journey—whether in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, or generalist roles. If you have 3 to 6 years of overall HR experience with Talent Acquisition as a part of it, we'd love to hear from you
