Job Description: As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and managing engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and attract potential customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Content Writing, Creative Writing, and Editing skills.
  • Plan and implement content calendars, aligning with marketing strategies and brand objectives.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content tailored for different platforms.
  • Create and edit high-quality visuals, including graphics, photos, and reels.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content performance.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to enhance brand reach.
  • Prepare reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to drive website traffic and lead generation through social media.
  • Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Represent the brand's voice in all communications and interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and high-quality video content.
  • Ability to shoot and edit content optimized for different platforms (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, video production, and editing skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred to have experience in any of the following categories: Mobile handsets, Electronics, Clothing, Footwear, Fragrances, Beauty and Personal care, Health, Home decor, Sports, etc.
  • DURING INTERVIEW, SHOWCASING YOUR CAMPAIGNS AND THEIR RESULTS IS A MUST.
