Who We are Looking For:

We are in search of an experienced Backend Engineer (3+ years) with strong expertise in Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) or Node.js (Express, NestJS). This is a key role where you will design, develop, and scale backend systems that power our web and mobile platforms.

What You will Do:


• Build and maintain high-performing backend services and APIs.


• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.


• Work closely with product managers and front-end developers to bring features to life.


• Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).


• Debug and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.


• Take part in code reviews and help raise the technical bar.


• Contribute to improving our dev processes, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.


• Stay up-to-date with backend technologies and best practices.


• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and performance.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in CS or relevant field (or equivalent experience).


• 3+ years of backend development experience.


• Hands-on experience with Python or Node.js and their ecosystems.


• Solid knowledge of API development, system design, and databases.


• Familiarity with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes).


• Experience with Git, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.


• Bonus points if you've worked with GraphQL or have basic understanding of front-end frameworks.
