Landscape/Ranch Maintenance Tech - Seasonal Full Time (2)

We are seeking dedicated Ranch Maintenance Techs to join our Maintenance department at Victory Ranch. This seasonal full-time position offers a competitive starting rate of $22 per hour. The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts required.

  • Salary: $20-22 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday and the occasional weekend

  • Ability to safely lift and carry 50lbs

  • Ability to work outside all day in the heat and/or cold

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • A valid driver's license

  • Must have landscaping experience

Duties Include:

  • Maintenance of club grounds

  • Working with hand/powered tools & equipment: including mowers, blowers, weed eaters

  • Mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, clean-up, and improvement projects around property and amenities (Amenities include backcountry yurts, 5 stand shooting facility, archery range, biking and hiking trail system)
