If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We're looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic.
  2. Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  3. Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels.
  4. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups.
  5. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  6. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  7. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  8. Analyze customer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  9. Hire and develop a sales team to implement the Marketing strategies.
  10. Measure and report on the performance of marketing strategies.
Job Specification
  1. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  2. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  3. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  4. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  5. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  6. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
  7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  8. BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
