Role Summary: Pixelette Technologies is seeking an engaging and articulate Podcast Host/Producer who will be the voice and brain behind our growing series of podcasts, webinars, and interactive Q&A sessions. This role demands an individual with a passion for technology, a talent for conversation, and a knack for production. You'll have the opportunity to interact with thought leaders, innovators, and an enthusiastic audience eager for insights into blockchain, AI, and the digital landscape.

• Host and produce regular podcast episodes that captivate our audience, featuring compelling content on blockchain, AI, and tech trends.
• Organize and conduct webinars and live Q&A sessions that engage our community, stimulate discussion, and highlight our expertise in the tech industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop themes, scripts, and interview questions that resonate with listeners and align with our brand messaging.
• Research and identify guests who can contribute valuable insights and narratives to our podcast and webinar series.
• Manage the end-to-end production process of podcasting and webinar sessions, including setup, recording, editing, and distribution.
• Utilize various platforms to stream webinars and podcasts, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both guests and the audience.
• Monitor feedback and engagement metrics for podcasts and webinars to refine and enhance content strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Podcast Host/Producer or in a similar role that requires public speaking and content production.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information in an informative, entertaining, and engaging manner.
• Strong understanding of the tech industry, particularly in areas such as blockchain and AI, with the ability to discuss these topics knowledgeably and compellingly.
• Technical proficiency with podcasting equipment, audio editing software, and webinar hosting tools.
• Skilled in content planning, storyboarding, and guest management to produce high-quality, consistent content.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate schedules and manage content calendars effectively.
