Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the product management and design teams to understand project requirements and translate them into high-quality, scalable PERN Stack solutions.
  2. Design and develop efficient, secure, and maintainable backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  3. Create and maintain a robust database structure using PostgreSQL, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  4. Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
  5. Implement and integrate third-party APIs and services as needed to enhance the functionality of the application.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the development process and stay ahead of technological advancements.
  8. Contribute to the documentation of code, processes, and best practices.
Job Specification

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a PERN Stack Developer or similar role in web development.
  2. Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience building scalable backend systems.
  3. Proficiency in database design and management using PostgreSQL.
  4. Experience with frontend development using React.js and state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
  5. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  6. Familiarity with task management tools such as Trello.
  7. Knowledge of server-side rendering and optimization techniques.
  8. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  9. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
