We are seeking a AI/ML Engineer who brings deep expertise across the full AI lifecycle — from data acquisition and model development to deployment, optimization, and system integration. This is not just a research role or a coding position — this is for someone who understands the science, the architecture, and the real-world challenges of building scalable, production-ready AI systems.

The ideal candidate is technically elite, strategically minded, and capable of working independently or leading teams in fast-paced, innovation-first environments. You'll work on a variety of projects ranging from AI model training with human-machine interaction data, to refactoring ML pipelines, to installing and optimizing AI tools on cutting-edge hardware.

The ideal candidate is technically elite, strategically minded, and capable of working independently or leading teams in fast-paced, innovation-first environments. You'll work on a variety of projects ranging from AI model training with human-machine interaction data, to refactoring ML pipelines, to installing and optimizing AI tools on cutting-edge hardware.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Programming Languages: Python (Expert), MATLAB, Shell/Bash scripting
• AI/ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn
• Deployment/Optimization: ONNX, TensorRT, CUDA, TorchScript
• System Setup: Conda/venv, Docker, environment configuration, GPU acceleration
• Data Engineering: Pandas, NumPy, Dask, data wrangling, logging systems
• Architecture Tools: ComfyUI, custom ML pipeline development
• Version Control & CI/CD: Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket
• Hardware Expertise: NVIDIA GPUs (incl. RTX 5080), hardware-aware tuning
• UX Data Handling: Experience recording or interpreting user interactions (keyboard, mouse, screen)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with diffusion models (e.g., FLUX, Stable Diffusion).
• Knowledge of image generation tools or generative AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with web-based deployment of ML models (Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit).
• Knowledge of multi-GPU and distributed training.
• Background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Speech Recognition.
