Hiring Experienced Student Counselor – Islamabad | Study Abroad Specialist

The RoleWe're looking for a full-time Experienced Student Counselor to join our team in Islamabad. In this role, you'll work directly with students, helping them plan their academic futures overseas. You'll provide one-on-one counseling, assist with applications and documentation, and offer hands-on support from the first consultation to departure.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise students on study destinations, universities, and courses
- Guide them through the entire process: applications, visa filing, CAS, interview prep, and more
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information on study abroad options
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong student relationships
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth coordination and follow-ups
- Proven experience in study abroad consulting (must have)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in guiding students through complex processes
- Familiarity with university application systems, visa requirements, and CAS procedures
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Team player with a student-first mindset
