VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: AM LPDC - BU ISLAMABAD H-11 CAMPUS

We are seeking a candidate with:

Education: 16 years of education, preferably MBA in HR or Marketing

Experience: At least 3 years in professional development, learning development, client relationship management, training projects, or business development

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the manager in implementing the training mandate assigned by LPDC BUHO within the campus and support campus administration accordingly.
  2. Support the delivery of leadership and professional programs, workshops, and seminars for corporate clients, ensuring alignment with BU goals and values.
  3. Help execute training activities assigned by LPDC BUHO or conceived at the campus, department, or faculty level.
  4. Maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring LPDC offerings meet or exceed expectations.
  5. Facilitate the process of obtaining internal and external approvals for training activities through proper channels.
  6. Represent LPDC within and outside the campus, including visiting or arranging meetings with external entities as required.
  7. Conduct needs assessments and stay updated on industry trends to keep program content relevant and impactful.
  8. Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for programs and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  9. Monitor and report on program effectiveness, participant satisfaction, and KPIs, providing insights for improvement.
  10. Update office records for compliance and provide information to other directorates or external bodies such as HEC or the Ministry of Education.
  11. Provide regular updates and presentations on LPDC initiatives' progress and impact, focusing on client relationships.
  12. Maintain records of LPDC activities and submit monthly reports through proper channels.
  13. Manage the campus website, social media, and information portals, along with operations support staff at LPDC.
  14. Perform any other tasks assigned by campus administration within the scope of LPDC's work.
