Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developerwith strong expertise in React, Python, and Generative AItechnologies. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and play the dual role of a Team Lead, guiding junior developers and collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of AI-powered features, including the integration of Generative AI models.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, particularly in the GenAI space, and bring innovative solutions to the table.
  • Translate complex problems into technical solutions while maintaining high standards for performance and usability.
  • Lead agile/scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Redux, or similar frontend libraries.
  • Proficiency in Python, preferably with Djangoor FastAPI
  • Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts(e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, OpenAI APIs, LangChain).
  • Hands-on experience in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and CI/CD tools.
  • Prior experience in leading development teamsand managing project lifecycles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
