The Solutions Pvt Ltd is a dynamic and fast-growing digital services company committed to delivering high-quality publishing solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented eBook Formatter & Publisher to join our onsite team in Karachi.

Position Summary:

As an eBook Formatter & Publisher, you will be responsible for preparing, formatting, and publishing eBooks across various digital platforms. This role requires technical expertise in formatting tools, a strong eye for layout design, and familiarity with digital publishing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Format manuscripts into eBook-ready layouts (EPUB, MOBI, PDF)
• Ensure compatibility with major platforms (Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo, etc.)
• Collaborate with editors and authors to finalize content layout and structure
• Conduct quality assurance checks to identify formatting inconsistencies and errors
• Manage ISBN assignments and metadata
• Upload final files to publishing platforms and manage publishing process

Qualifications:

• Experience with eBook formatting and publishing tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Calibre, Sigil)
• Knowledge of publishing standards and digital formats (EPUB, MOBI, PDF)
• Strong attention to detail and design sensibility
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
