Location: Field-based (with travel to local markets & travel agencies)

About the Role:

To drive sales and visibility of Telenor Umrah Bundles by engaging directly with travel agents and Umrahtravelers, while building a network of travel agencies and retailers who can resell our offerings.

Your Impactful Goals will include:

• Market Visits: Conduct daily field visits to travel agencies and Umrah booking offices to pitch and sellTelenor Umrah bundles.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with Umrah travelers at agencies to educate them on bundle benefits and onboard them instantly.
• Agent Onboarding: Identify and onboard travel agents and small retailers as resellers of Telenor bundles through basic registration and training.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly sales and onboarding targets set by the regional team.
• Brand Visibility: Ensure display of Telenor POS material and promotional branding at partner travel agencies.
• Feedback & Reporting: Collect market insights and submit daily visit reports, feedback, and potential lead data to the Sales Manager.

What we are looking for?

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in field sales or channel development,Experience in telecom or travel industry is a plus.

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Persuasive selling ability
• Field sales or telecom sales experience (preferred)
• Ability to build long-term relationships with vendors and agents
• Basic knowledge of Umrah travel cycles and market landscape
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region
• Motorcycle license preferred for local market movement
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
