One of our valued clients, engaged in the business of sale and distribution of oil and lubricants, requires the services of a Chief Operating Officer for their office in Sahiwal.

Job Specification

Our client is well established in their line of business and caters to a customer base presently located in central and southern Punjab. They currently have around 70 people working for them in different departments such as Accounts/Finance, Sales/Purchases, Distribution, Logistics, Administration, and the like.
This is a senior management position. The COO will be responsible for making an overall review of the present state of the project. In this process, he will assess its strengths, identify where improvements can be made to enhance the business, and strengthen the control system to ensure a sustainable income stream. Although he will be supported in his efforts to bring out such a plan by the owners and IFI Consultants, he should have the ability to coordinate this exercise in a professional and practical manner.
A Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of experience in an industry or in a comparable organization will be the minimum requirement. People with relevant experience will be preferred.
