We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our brand's digital presence. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and driving engagement to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and create engaging content (posts, videos, stories, etc.)
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Performance Marketing)
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  • Collaborate with influencers, designers, and content creators
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, digital/ performance marketing and social media management (Fashion/ Agency)
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, tools, and analytics
  • Excellent communication, content writing, and project management skills
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
