Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad - Hybrid

We're looking for a Senior React Native Developer to lead the development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications. You'll be responsible for architectural decisions, hands-on implementation, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with design and product teams to deliver outstanding user experiences across iOS and Android.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable mobile applications using React Native
  • Stay hands-on with critical development tasks, performance optimization, and complex UI/UX flows
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into seamless mobile experiences
  • Integrate with native modules and third-party SDKs (camera, maps, payments, etc.) when needed
  • Drive best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines
  • Mentor and support junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a strong engineering culture
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal teams or clients, ensuring clarity around scope, technical trade-offs, and delivery timelines
  • Stay current on React Native updates, mobile architecture patterns, and ecosystem tools like Hermes, TurboModules
What We're Looking For:
  • 8–10 years of experience in software engineering
  • Solid understanding of mobile performance bottlenecks, UI rendering, and memory optimization
  • Experience integrating native modules or bridging with Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java
  • Familiarity with tools like Fastlane, App Center, Firebase, TestFlight, Play Console, and crash/error reporting platforms
  • Proficiency in CI/CD setup, automated testing (Jest, Detox), and mobile release processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially in client-facing or cross-functional team settings
