Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive based in Lahore District. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of logistics services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, resolving client issues, and working closely with other departments to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and freight solutions
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools
  • Experience in the logistics industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
