IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Support financial decision-making by leveraging data analytics, automation, and visualization tools. Enhance reporting accuracy, optimize financial processes, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance and compliance.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Develop predictive models and data-driven recommendations to support financial planning and business performance optimization.
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of financial data analytics tools and automation solutions. Ensure seamless integration with existing finance systems and drive process improvements through digital transformation initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in financial reporting. Develop real-time dashboards and reporting structures that provide stakeholders with actionable financial insights.
  • Work closely with finance, IT, and strategy teams to align data analytics efforts with business objectives. Act as a liaison between technical teams and finance leadership to translate complex data insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor compliance with financial data confidentiality and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks associated with data management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Computer Science, Social Science or Professional Certifications ACCA/CA Finalist

Competencies:

  • Financial data analysis, ERP proficiency, SQL, Power BI, and Python
