We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly efficient Data Entry Operator with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel commands and functions. The ideal candidate must be fast, accurate, and able to manage large amounts of data with precision.

No specific educational background is required. We value skills, accuracy, and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets.

  • Manage large volumes of data using advanced Excel commands (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Formulas, Data Validation, etc.).
  • Perform regular data cleaning and reporting tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for timely data submissions and reports.

Required Skills:

Strong command of Microsoft Excel (must know formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other key Excel tools).

  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of data management processes.
  • Preferred but Not Required:
  • Experience in similar data entry roles.
  • Knowledge of other data handling software (Google Sheets, ERP systems, etc.).
