About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Upwork Bidder & Sales Closer with expertise in mobile app development to lead our client acquisition on Upwork and other freelance platforms. You'll be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing high-value mobile app contracts to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and bid on mobile app development projects on Upwork.
  • Craft personalized, tech-focused proposals showcasing your understanding of native (iOS/Android) and cross-platform (Flutter) development.
  • Communicate with leads to clarify project scope, negotiate pricing, and manage timelines
  • Run triage calls, consultations, and follow-ups to qualify and close deals.
  • Collaborate with your development team to align deliverables and proposal accuracy
  • Track and report activity metrics—bids sent, replies, calls, deals closed, revenue
  • Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Requirements
  • Proven experience on platforms like Upwork with success in mobile-app deals
  • Strong background in app development or tech sales, ideally in web & mobile solutions
  • Exceptional English communication and persuasive proposal writing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and bid/lead tracking
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to meet sales targets under deadlines
