Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and diligent Compliance Officer to join our team in Lahore. This role is critical in ensuring Univive adheres to local and international regulatory requirements, specifically within the student recruitment and application processes. The Compliance Officer will manage all compliance-related tasks, build and maintain relationships with universities, agents, and students, and ensure smooth operations throughout the recruitment and admissions process. Additionally, the officer will be responsible for conducting mock interviews and training applicants for both academic and compliance-related interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Application and Admission Process Management:

  • Oversee the entire application and admission process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and process student applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with university requirements.
  • Coordinate with universities to facilitate admissions and address any issues that arise during the process.

Communication with Universities and Agents:

  • Maintain regular communication with universities and agents via email, phone, and meetings.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with education agents and universities to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
  • Address queries and provide updates to universities and agents regarding student applications and admissions.

Student Interaction and Interview Preparation:

  • Communicate with prospective students to guide them through the application and admission process.
  • Prepare students for university interviews, providing tips and guidance to enhance their performance.
  • Conduct mock interviews for all academic levels (Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctorate).
  • Address any concerns or questions students may have throughout the process.

Training for Academic and Compliance Interviews:

  • Train applicants on how to successfully navigate academic and compliance interviews.
  • Provide guidance on interview techniques, including mock interviews and tailored advice to enhance student performance.
  • Ensure that the training materials and techniques are up to date with current academic and compliance standards.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage administrative tasks related to the admissions process, including maintaining records and documentation.
  • Ensure efficient management of office resources and operations to support the admissions process.
  • Coordinate and organise recruitment fairs, seminars, and other related events.

Reporting and Coordination:

  • Prepare regular reports for the Director on compliance status, admissions progress, and other relevant metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes.
  • Assist the Director with any additional tasks as required.

Automated CAS Shield Interviews:

  • Incorporate automated CAS Shield interviews into the recruitment and interview process.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance and administrative role, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in compliance and admissions management.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
