Oracle Application Functional Administrator

ACCA and MBA (Finance) with at least 6 years of experience in Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects.

Candidate must have experience in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Financials and Oracle Projects, understanding of business processes, and Oracle Fusion knowledge.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in system strategy, gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, design as-is and to-be processes, demonstrate prototypes, configure functionalities, test, document training, and train end users.
  • Set up Budgetary Control, Security, Cross-Validation Rules, FSG, Deprecation, Flex fields, Pro-rate Conventions, Mass Additions, Profile Options, Responsibilities, Menus, Users, and Numbering.
  • Reconcile subsidiary modules with General Ledger, understanding Sub ledger Accounting (XLA).
  • Work knowledge of SQL, system interfaces, and APIs.
  • Form Personalization for custom controls not available in standard application.
  • Handle Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, and Oracle Projects modules independently.
  • Implement new modules, enhance functionalities, and upgrade Oracle releases with proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with end users and other departments for daily activities and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on current and upcoming technologies.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support, System & Database Administration, and Report Development teams.
