Graphic Designer – Kaizen High and Junior School

Location: Lahore

Position Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10-hour shift

Salary Bracket: PKR 60,000/month

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills and a passion for design, illustration, and typography. They should have a robust portfolio that showcases a diverse range of work and demonstrate experience working with different design platforms, both digital and print.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure consistent and high-quality visual content.
  • Design compelling logos, banners, brochures, flyers, and other digital/print materials aligned with the school's branding.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, school events, newsletters, and admissions campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and evolving digital standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design assets while maintaining high creative standards.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong command over design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A professional portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
