About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join Time Technologies' growing team. This is a full-time remote position (7 PM - 2 AM PKT) perfect for a seasoned sales professional who excels at building relationships and generating new business through outbound sales activities during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100-120+ outbound calls during your 7-hour shift to prospects in the US and Canadian markets
  • Research and identify potential clients in the software and IT industry
  • Present Time Technologies' software solutions to decision-makers
  • Generate qualified leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM system
  • Follow up with interested prospects and nurture long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with technical team to understand product features and benefits
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements

Essential:

  • Excellent English communication skills (near-native level required)
  • Minimum 4+ years of B2B software sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas by 20%+
  • Extensive experience with outbound sales and lead generation
  • Strong phone presence and executive-level communication skills
  • Available to work 7:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT (aligns with US/Canada business hours)
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Experience working with US/Canada clients preferred

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions
  • Track record of managing complex sales cycles (3-6 months)
  • Experience with C-level executive communication
  • Understanding of technical concepts and ability to discuss them with IT decision-makers
  • Previous remote work experience with international teams
  • Advanced familiarity with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Experience in US/Canada software markets

Compensation Potential
