Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies.
  2. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  3. Identify and utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1-4 years of proven experience in recruitment role in IT Industry.
  3. Proven Recruitment Experience.
  4. Exceptional Communication skills.
  5. Conduct Initial Screening and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
  6. Schedule Interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  11. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
