Management Trainee (Marketing & Planning): This program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to different roles within the organization, aiming to develop future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present impactful presentations to clients and internal teams, demonstrating strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Manage media planning, run digital marketing campaigns (including Google Ads and social media boosting), and develop strategies to maximize audience reach.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends and leverage them to enhance campaign performance and engagement.
• Assist departmental managers and teams with daily tasks, ongoing projects, and operational needs to ensure smooth workflow.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and company-wide objectives.
• Participate in structured training sessions and development workshops to build key skills and industry knowledge.
• Rotate through various departments to understand different business functions and develop a holistic view of the organization.
• Take ownership of specific tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Attend meetings and presentations to observe, learn from, and engage with senior management.
• Learn, follow, and embody the company's policies, processes, and core values in daily work.
• Actively seek feedback from mentors and managers to enhance skills, performance, and professional growth.
