Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and nurture new business opportunities in the digital transformation and IT solutions sectors. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business processes.
Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective digital marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed to maintain competitive advantage.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our solutions and their value to potential clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform business strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and consultants to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met. Advocate for client needs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
Customer Service Excellence: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service within the team. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty throughout the business relationship.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Leverage data analytics to inform business decisions and strategy adjustments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or consulting roles within the digital transformation, IT solutions, or digital marketing spheres.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and engage diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and digital marketing platforms.
