- Increase visibility and accountability through extensive QR & soundbox deployment and sales of the product.
- Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and applies new ideas and concepts.
- Plan the market size, span, and geographies for FSE.
- Devise effective communication methods for plans and targets to minimize the gap between expectations and delivery.
- Monitor quality parameters as suggested by management.
- Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team.
- Ensure team members are actively in the market where sales and usage occur regularly.
- Possess good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively within the specified area.
- High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Graduate qualification.
