We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Specialist to join our Karachi team on a full-time, on-site basis. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships with clients, understanding their tech needs, and offering tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include managing the complete sales cycle, contributing to strategy development, and ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with potential and existing clients to identify their business needs
  2. Present appropriate tech solutions based on client requirements
  3. Conduct meetings and presentations with professionalism and confidence
  4. Develop and execute effective sales strategies
  5. Manage the sales pipeline and CRM tools efficiently
  6. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
  8. Participate in ongoing sales training and development initiatives
Qualifications
  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  2. Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  3. Prior experience in sales or sales management
  4. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  5. Experience in developing and training on sales strategies
  6. Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  9. Experience in the tech/software development industry is a plus
