We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This position is focused on design work across print and digital, not managing or posting social media content. The right person will have an eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to bring client ideas and brand visions to life.

Responsibilities
  • Design marketing materials like brochures, flyers, ads, signage, and presentations.
  • Create graphics for websites, landing pages, emails, and other digital campaigns.
  • Work with the team to develop and maintain brand identity (logos, colors, fonts, layouts).
  • Make sure designs follow brand guidelines and stay consistent across platforms.
  • Prep final files for both print and web use.
  • Keep up with new design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
  • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer (agency or marketing background is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showing both print and digital work.
  • Comfortable working in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Web design knowledge (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) is helpful but not required.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • Portfolio of work
