Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: PKR 50,000-80000/month

Bitlogia Digital is a growth-focused performance marketing agency working with international clients. We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who can drive ROI, scale campaigns, and stay ahead in the ever-changing digital ad space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage high-converting Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for international clients.
  • Develop and implement effective retargeting strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Set up and optimize Meta Pixel, Conversion API, custom events, and server-side tracking.
  • Create campaign structures based on funnels (cold, warm, hot audiences).
  • Collaborate with design & strategy teams to guide ad creative direction and landing page structure.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, placements, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
  • Generate weekly reports with insights, learnings, and actionable suggestions.
  • Stay updated on Meta policy changes, algorithm shifts, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing international Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and Conversion API.
  • Proven results in lead generation, ecommerce, or service-based campaigns.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva/Figma (basic design feedback).
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills in English.
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or landing page builders.
  • Familiarity with third-party tools like Hotjar, Clarity, or tracking dashboards.
  • Ability to suggest/test CRO strategies (A/B tests, form layouts, headline changes).
