We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can implement data-driven marketing strategies and utilize AI tools for lead generation, campaign optimization, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Utilize AI tools for customer identification, segmentation, and predictive analytics.

Campaign Management:

Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

AI Integration & Innovation:

Implement AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants to enhance customer engagement.
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Jasper, etc.) for campaign optimization and automation.

SEO & Content Strategy:

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for higher search engine rankings.
Develop AI-enhanced content strategies to engage and convert audiences.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize Google Analytics, Tableau, and AI-driven tools to measure marketing performance.
Provide comprehensive reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Market Research:

Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and AI trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
Proven expertise in AI-powered marketing strategies.

Skills:

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Jasper, etc.).
Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
