Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning HR strategies with our organizational goals, supporting our people initiatives to foster a positive work environment, and contributing to organizational development.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the HRBP team to build strong relationships with business and department leaders, understanding their HR needs.
  2. Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and departmental requirements.
  3. Support employee relations by providing guidance to employees and managers.
  4. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee experience.
  5. Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  6. Assist in performance appraisal processes by providing necessary tools and resources.
  7. Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  8. Maintain accurate employee records for compliance and efficiency.
  9. Represent HR professionally through effective communication and relationship-building.
  10. Support initiatives promoting employee engagement and well-being.
  11. Assist in managing organizational change through effective communication.
  12. Contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
  13. Implement HR policies ensuring adherence to labor laws and minimizing risks.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 0-1 year of HR experience or internship preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
