We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning HR strategies with our organizational goals, supporting our people initiatives to foster a positive work environment, and contributing to organizational development.
Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the HRBP team to build strong relationships with business and department leaders, understanding their HR needs.
- Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and departmental requirements.
- Support employee relations by providing guidance to employees and managers.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee experience.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes by providing necessary tools and resources.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain accurate employee records for compliance and efficiency.
- Represent HR professionally through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Support initiatives promoting employee engagement and well-being.
- Assist in managing organizational change through effective communication.
- Contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
- Implement HR policies ensuring adherence to labor laws and minimizing risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-1 year of HR experience or internship preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
