Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls, promoting our services, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team. This is a fast-paced role best suited for individuals who thrive on results and love to communicate.

  • Make 250 cold calls per day to potential clients
  • Promote Bid Accurate's services and explain the value proposition
  • Answer client inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Maintain records of all interactions in excel sheets
  • Minimum 1 year of cold calling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
  • 5% commission on sales (in USD)
  • Uncapped earning potential – top performers can earn PKR 300,000 – 400,000/month
  • 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PKT)
