What You Will Be Doing

  • Harness sophisticated analysis tools and RAG vector stores to swiftly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product defects
  • Pioneer feature development using AI development agents to create and deploy innovative solutions for cloud-native applications
  • Work seamlessly with an international team to deliver robust, enterprise-level software solutions

C# Software Developer key responsibilities

Basic Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on commercial software development experience, with specific focus on production-grade server-side web applications
  • Demonstrated experience with GenAI code assistance tools such as Github Copilot, Cursor, or (Note: We're seeking developers familiar with LLMs, not traditional machine learning engineers)
  • Enthusiasm for incorporating GenAI tools into your everyday development workflow

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
