We're looking for a high-performing Sales Specialist with experience in trucking dispatch sales—this is strongly preferred. If you've worked in this exact space, we want you.

However, if you don't have trucking dispatch experience but you're a killer at sales and client onboarding, and you can prove it, we still want to hear from you.

This role is for someone who can think on their feet, handle objections, close deals, and onboard clients without being micromanaged. We're not here to train beginners—we want results from day one.

What You'll Do:

  • Sell trucking dispatch services to carriers and owner-operators
  • Run cold/warm calls and close deals confidently
  • Onboard new clients and manage the relationship early on
  • Handle objections and solve client issues in real time
  • Maintain records of outreach, conversions, and client data

Requirements:

  • Preferred: Direct sales experience in trucking dispatch services
  • Required: Solid background in sales and client onboarding
  • Fast problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and self-driven
  • Able to take ownership without needing constant supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
