The Officer Talent Acquisition will support recruitment for the branch banking portfolio of Halan Microfinance Bank, ensuring timely hiring of qualified staff for branch segment across our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute hiring plans to meet staffing needs across the branch network.
  • Post job ads, screen CVs, and conduct initial assessments as a part of talent sourcing process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in pre-employment documentation, offer preparation and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and support HR reporting.
  • Ensure a professional, candidate-friendly recruitment process aligned with Halan's MFB culture and values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (HR or Business Administration preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant recruitment or HR experience, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Positive and customer centric attitude is a must have criteria with good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
