About the Role:

NextByte is looking for a passionate and creative Graphic + UI/UX Designer with strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of user experience principles. The ideal candidate will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to create stunning, intuitive, and impactful designs across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-quality UI for web and mobile applications
  • Designs should be creative, user friendly and modern (with animations as well)
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Create logos, images, posters and other visual assets as a graphic designer
  • Create engaging visual assets for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into polished design solutions
  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Graphic and UI/UX Design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects (UI/UX + Graphic)
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in our Islamabad office
