We are seeking an Innovation & Imports Planner to drive the successful execution of New Product Development (NPD), Value Improvement Projects (VIP), and cross-functional initiatives. This role will be key in ensuring superior product delivery while optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Sourcing Units to align project execution with business objectives.
  • Track and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution of NPD, promotions, artwork updates, and operational initiatives.
  • Work closely with supply and distribution planners for material ordering and production scheduling.
  • Oversee import processes, ensuring compliance with Incoterms, HS codes, customs clearance, and legal requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings, tracking project milestones and proactively resolving challenges.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Business Waste Reduction
  • Cash Management (Inventory Days on Hand - DOH)
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with experience in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and MS Project.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations, import documentation, and international trade terms.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
