Responsibilities
  • Leading the team of powerhouse by using all managerial and technical skills of self and the staff so as to provide un-interruptible power supply at all times.
  • Reporting to Manager power house /GM for all matters of powerhouse.
  • Keeping track of routine maintenance program and coordinating with the gensets suppliers DPSL and ALSTOM.
  • Supervising and educating the power house staff from time to time updating with the management policies and planning.
  • Coordination with HSE department in implementing safety measures in powerhouse and issuing instruction accordingly to the staff.
  • Coordinating with other departments for the matters related to the powerhouse.
  • To manage all disciplinary and welfare matters of powerhouse staff.
