Mergestack is looking to hire a MERN Stack Developer.

Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize for Excellence: Ensure seamless performance across different browsers and devices.
  2. Architect Front-End: Develop and implement front-end architecture that brings user interface concepts to life.
  3. Debug and Resolve: Tackle technical issues head-on, offering solutions that keep our projects on track.
  4. Design Documentation: Create detailed design documentation to guide development.
  5. Full-Stack Mastery: Dive into both client and server-side development.
  6. Craft Secure Web Services: Create secure RESTful-based web services in XML, JSON, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background: BSC degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Experience: 1 year of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
  4. Tech Proficiency: Mastery of JavaScript.
  5. Front-End Wizardry: In-depth expertise in React, Redux, Redux Saga, React Query, Hook Form, HookState, Material UI, and Tailwind.
  6. Back-End Prowess: Deep knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS, and GraphQL.
  7. Requirement Translation: Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  8. User-Centric: Experience with consumer web development for high-traffic, public-facing applications.
  9. Team Leadership: Capability to manage and lead a team of developers.
  10. Version Control: Familiarity with continuous integration (GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).
  11. Testing Expertise: Experience in software development and testing.
