We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our team and support the development of high-impact sales and outreach collateral. You will play a crucial role in crafting compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand credibility, and supports business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and editing of sales decks, outreach templates, and marketing collateral.
  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive content tailored for different buyer personas and stages of the funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with business goals.
  • Conduct research to understand industry trends and incorporate insights into content.
  • Maintain and update a repository of content assets to ensure easy access and consistency.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.


Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in content writing, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with content marketing best practices and sales enablement materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to feedback promptly.
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and editing.
  • Experience working with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or basic design tools is a plus.

Note: This role requires availibility in the Eastern Time Zone.
