Role Description

Flis Technologies is seeking a talented Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our remote team. The AI Engineer will be at the forefront of developing and optimizing AI models in areas such as voice cloning, AI-powered dubbing, large language models (LLMs), and RAG systems. You will work closely with senior engineers on projects aimed at revolutionizing content localization, language accessibility, and conversational AI. Your role will involve applying advanced machine learning techniques, pattern recognition, and neural networks to build scalable and efficient AI solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), particularly in multilingual applications
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
  • Experience with neural networks, pattern recognition, and optimization algorithms
  • Solid software development skills, with experience in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
  • Passion for AI research and development, particularly in voice and language technologies
  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
