Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the customer care center to achieve all operational KPIs by effectively managing the operation.
  2. Provide timely and accurate MIS reports to the Program Manager and the principal on requirements.
  3. Manage the stock efficiently and ensure the accuracy of the inventory system at all times.
  4. Ensure technical skills of all engineering team members are updated regularly and meet operational requirements.
  5. Ensure all service procedures as defined by the vendors are followed in practice.
  6. Ensure a highly motivated and skilled workforce is in place.
  7. Ensure the implementation and practice of QMS, EMS, and OHSAS standards.
  8. Ensure that all established safety policies are administered and enforced in all areas.
  9. Monitor departments and projects and hold them accountable for their individual safety performance.
Job Specification
  1. Regular review of the key processes, identify areas requiring cost/time rationalization to improve the overall business process - varied, creative, and complex solutions required.
  2. High customer handling skills.
  3. Key areas need to be identified/highlighted to develop business activities through existing/new business relationships - varied and creative solutions required.
