Quality Enhancement Cell:

  • Assist the QEC in ensuring that SARs (Self-Assessment Reports) are prepared by academic programs and relevant departments according to HEC requirements and guidelines.
  • Develop and contribute to the University Portfolio Report (UPR) for the institution.
  • Coordinate audit visits by HEC, QAA, and other accreditation bodies.
  • Support academic programs as needed for accreditation processes.
  • Help the university meet programmatic and institutional accreditation standards at both national and international levels, including preparation, reporting, and compliance for accreditation (regional and international).
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for accreditation applications, including collecting and compiling necessary information.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders involved in university accreditation activities.
