Job Description:

Highbit Games, a dynamic and innovative gaming company, is seeking a talented and experienced User Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. As a User Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition strategies to enhance the visibility and success of our games.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, implement, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social media, influencer marketing, and paid advertising.
  2. Analyze and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Create and manage advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creatives.
  4. Conduct A/B testing to optimize and improve campaign performance.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of user acquisition campaigns using analytics tools.
  6. Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to the management team, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for user acquisition.
  8. Conduct market research to understand user behaviour and preferences.
  9. Work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to align user acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
  10. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective marketing materials.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining users, with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
  3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  4. Proficient in using analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mintegral.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
