Job Title: Associate Software Engineer (MernStack)

We're seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer with proven 1 to 2 years of experience, a passion for crafting robust applications, and expertise in building dynamic web solutions. About the Role:

You'll play a vital role in our team, building scalable full-stack applications for meaningful projects across various domains like EdTech and FinTech. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions, implement modern web functionalities, and collaborate with a team of innovative professionals.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Create and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for seamless frontend-backend integration.
  • Develop dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.) for secure applications.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability for a smooth user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
  • Proficiency in React.js for frontend development, with a strong understanding of state management (Redux, Context API).
  • Experience with Node.js and Express.js for building efficient backend systems.
  • Solid understanding of MongoDB, including database design and queries.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Strong grasp of authentication and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with Git for version control and CI/CD workflows for deployment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
  • Exposure to UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
